Suggested Use:

 Mix 2 – 3  scoops into 500-750 ml cold water and shake vigorously. Mix with amount of cold water according to your taste preference. It is recommended that the powder be added to half the water first, shaken and then the rest of the water should be added. Take note that the variety of complex carbohydrates may result in some settlement. Give your bottle one or two shakes every time you take a sip.

Prepare: Before race, consume half a serving by taking frequent sips from about 30 minutes leading to the start.

Perform: During long, strenuous endurance events or training sessions, consume one full serving every 60 – 90 minutes by taking frequent sips.

After: For optimal recovery, consume a full serving immediately after activity by taking frequent sips over the duration  of 10 – 20 minutes.
